Antioxidant Celery Juice

Celery juice has many benefits, even when the non-soluble fiber is removed. It contains soluble fiber, antioxidants, and phytonutrients that help reduce cardiovascular inflammation.
Incorporating this Antioxidant Celery Juice in your morning routine can help you reduce inflammation, reduce your blood pressure and blood sugar, improve insulin sensitivity, and may also help prevent cancer cell growth as well.
I recommend using agrochemical-free produce whenever possible and washing fresh produce very well before preparing it. The seed oils included in this recipe should be refrigerated; otherwise, they can spoil.
Warning: If you are taking medications for high blood pressure, be careful and be prepared to sit down while consuming this as it may lower your blood pressure. If you have gallstones, skip the turmeric.
Ingredients:
Celery, well-washed and chopped, 1 cup
Lemon or Lime, juice from 1
Fresh ginger, 1-inch cube
Filtered water (amount depends on the quality of your blender; the celery should at least be covered by the water)
Black seed oil, 1 Tablespoon
Flax seed oil, 1 Tablespoon
Turmeric, ground, 1 teaspoon
Fresh ground black pepper, a pinch
Cayenne pepper, ground, 1/4 teaspoon
Cranberry extract powder, 1/4 teaspoon
Amla powder, 1/2 teaspoon
Moringa powder, 1 Tablespoon
Instructions:
Place the celery, lemon or lime juice, and the ginger in the blander. Cover the ingredients with water.
Blend until you have a nearly homogenous texture and everything is broken up very well. The time that this will take will depend on the quality of your blender.
Put a strainer over a large glass or bowl, pour the celery juice into the bowl to strain out the non-soluble fiber.
Put the juice back into the blender.
Add the Black seed oil, flax seed oil, turmeric, ground pepper, cayenne, cranberry extract, amla, and moringa powder.
If you like your drinks cold, add some ice at this time.
Blend up your juice for another 10 seconds or so.
Serve and enjoy!
